Arkansas State Medical Board to Meet 

Dr. Randeep Singh Mann of Russellville, who has been accused of prescribing excessive amounts of controlled substances to patients, 10 of whom died from lethal combinations of drugs, will go before the Arkansas State Medical Board Thursday through Saturday, July 6-9, on an emergency order of suspension. Mann's license has been suspended temporarily. The hearing will begin at 8 a.m. each day with a one-hour break for lunch at noon.
