Arkie Engskov a rising star at Starbucks

Kris Engskov, a Berryville, Ark., native who was a travel aide, or "body man," during the last three years of the Clinton White House and, according to Wikipedia, the basis for the Charlie Young character in "West Wing," is a fast-rising executive with Starbucks, which he joined in 2003 as director of public policy. He has been named head of the company's UK and Ireland operations.
