Re: “Knocking K2 down

They have been trying to ban this k2 incense stuff for at least a year and the effort is an utter failure, surprise surprise! Herbal incense itself isn't being banned. Select chemicals that have been found in some of the products are being banned. So all that is happening is the manufacturers of K2 herb products are tweaking the formula to keep their product legal. There are still loads of places you can buy k2 incense, like http://www.buy-k2-incense.com I say put age restrictions on it and regulate it, otherwise we're just dumping more time and money, that we don't have, into a failed prohibition.

Re: “Knocking K2 down

Aren't they fighting a never-ending battle? As soon as they ban one chemical, it seems there are several new ones to replace it. http://www.k2herbincense.com/ claims to have stuff that is legal in every single state. Are they going to keep banning these substances as they come up? That's going to be costly and as you can see, not so effective.

Re: “K2: The question the press never seems interested in asking

It's nerve-wracking how some people are so ban happy. It should be crystal clear by now that prohibition just doesn't work. Well, for anyone but the black market drug peddlers, that is. They are having a field day with this stuff. Apparently there is loads of counterfeit floating about already. This site even offers rewards for reporting it. http://www.buyk2incense.com. FDA regulation doesn't mean much to me as they are constantly approving toxins for human consumption. Go research some of the ingredients in your extremely processed "food".
