Re: “Kim Hanke pleads, resigns as JP

When i read this and saw this on the news years ago i was a little surprised at what my eyes were seeing. I've met Kim Hanke a few times and I've always known him to be an honest man. I guess only the Lord knows and only his place to judge.

This is just a non biased view of research. tell me what you think.

I started doing a little research on this case out of curiosity and what i found was even more surprising and I was even more confused. The news said that Josh (Kim's adopted son) raped and kidnapped a girl, however they failed to mention that Josh is Kim's adopted son and the "girl" or "Victim" was Joshua's wife. That blew my mind. I thought to myself: "How do you rape and kidnap your own wife?" i guess it is possible, but highly unlikely. The press also failed to mention that Josh and his wife lived with Kim Hanke at the time that this ordeal happened and that afterwards the wife CONTINUED living with Kim Hanke and his family. Now that really blew my mind because if the wife was really scared because of the family, why would you put yourself in that situation? I found out who the wife was and found out that her parents lived less than a mile from Kim Hanke's house on the same street!! Why didn't the victim go live with her parents? I suppose the world will never know. I was so confused yet interested in this story that i kept digging. According to the case files, there are love letters written, and letters saying that the wife wants Josh out? Sounds bizarre, right? If that is the truth, why was there a restraining order? Who put that in place? is it a law of a rape victim? I'm not quite sure? It gets better though. There is another case out there for the wife. She had a pending case against her with the prosecuting attorneys office for lying to the police about rape and kidnapping, which is a felony? Does that mean she tried dropping the charges and they came after the wife next with intimidation of a felony?

Is it possible that because Kim Hanke was a JP that part of this could have been political?
Is it possible that the wife thought she might get a large sum of money from Kim?
Is it possible the Hanke family were the victims in whatever happened?

I'm sure there are endless possibilities for what could have happened, and then there is what REALLY happened. I know that i don't believe everything i see on the news. Who knows what portion, if any of it is true. I encourage you to do your own research and ask questions like i have with out jumping to conclusion. I still do not have a final thought on what really happened with the Hanke family, but i know the whole story does not add up.

I wish the best to the Hanke family and the "wife" or "Victim".

This is not an official report, just my own research. I am a third party and i am NOT taking sides of either party.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
