Re: “Hearing set in West Memphis Three case

I'm just wondering how much of the original evidence will suddenly be " lost " just like the blood evidence from the Bojangles womens restroom where the univestigated muddy and bloody man cleaned himself up.

As for a town convicting these young men because of the way they look. It happens everyday in big cities as well as small towns.
As for the " confession" there's numerous reason's it should not have been allowed in trial.
1) The man(kid at the time)was " interviewed " for over 8 hrs. This is blatant intimidation.
2) He was illegally interviewed without a guardian or attorney present
3) It has been proven that his confession was coerced.
4) It was proven that the police led on his statement.

It's taken 12 years to just get a hearing. Do not be surprised if the original verdict is withheld . If Arkansas admits wrong doing in the previous trial, their opening themselves up zo ridicule and law suite. Lets face it. NO GOVERNING BODY WANTS TOO LOOSE MONEY.

I hope and pray these innocent young men are set free. Being a realist, I highly doubt there will be justice for any of the 6 victims and their families of this horrible crime.
