Re: “Prayer pal

Following the ridiculous new puppy mill bill in Missouri would be a mistake for the good people of Arkansas. Remember, the folks who got this new law passed were urbanites, not the people living on farms or in the country where they understand animal husbandry. The HSUS in pushing for a No-Animal-Nation put millions of dollars into the PR to get votes for this ridiculous law. Where does the idea come from that a dog breeder should only have 50 breeding animals? Can you imagine telling a pig farmer, a poultry farmer or a cattle rancher that they could only have FIFTY breeding animals? It is as if the HSUS and the public do not consider that a dog breeder has a staff of workers to help care for the animals!!!! This is certainly restricting the ability of the responsible dog breeders to raise quality animals.
