Re: “The Observer, Jan. 18

When you close your eyes and kissed your spouse and hugged your son do you ever wander what is going on in the lives of the poeple who lived thru this on the other side. Today a teenage boy is going to school and his parents (who are the brother and sisterlaw of the mudered couple) are trying to keep thier son from finding out in the paper or as it always happens is from school kids. That it is not enough that he and his sister have went without parent and he knows what happen to his FIRST DAD & MOM, but some lady feels sorry for the man on death row and she wrote another story and everone is reading it and the story is to make his parents out to be rastest, drugdealers, and mom is pregant by another man. I hope and pray they you are never on the otherside of one of these poor death row inmate story. Untill then write the whole story not just what works for your inmate. Tim Howard was offer by my family to get life instead of death and on that DAY IN DEC his choose death

Re: “The contaminated case against Tim Howard

When he was being sentenced the Day family asked him if he would like a life sentence not Death and he refused it and said he did not want to live his in prison! All he had to do to keep from the death was tell us what he knew. Yes my brother love Tim like a brother and black or white has nothing to do with this case at all. When Tim showed up at the crime scene the morning of Brain's murder he had borrowed a small truck, bought a 6? foot tool box (Brian was 6'2') for a large truck and he drove a car and he had alot of cleaning supplies. Did you not read that in the transcripts or did it not sound right to you and your new buddie Tim. The rope around my newphews neck was made into a hangmens noose and the baby (who you keep calling by his name when there is no reason to but who now is a teenager and you keep butting him in the paper) had bruises all around his neck of a cord and 1 that went thru his mouth where the noose caught him. He was put in the bag as DEAD and by the grace of God he had passed out not hung to death. Tim was at the u-haul place when it was rented by Brain. If Shannon thought she was pregant by Tim why did she discuss it with our family, seem like if there was going to be a black baby coming she would not be telling us she thought she was pregant. I could go on for days filing in the blank of your story so poeple would see the whole truth, like when he went to Ashdown on his own to give a statement it was because another brother call Tim and said HEY MAN THEY THINK YOU DID THIS I geuss the whole family has a problem blacks

I would bet 100.00 you are probable black and I think you might be a black I dislike! Tim I never had a problem with and I still don't have a problem with untill poeple like you want to write a story about what happen to my family and leave out the parts that do not fit with your poor pittafull Tim story. He has just now wanted his life back all those appeals in the early years where done for him, just like the 5 lawyer they sent out of Little Rock to help the one lawyer of Ashdown to defend him the 1ST trail and Brain, Shannon and the 7 month old child had 1 lawyer Tom Cooper.
