Re: “The Wit and Wisdom of Laurie Masterson

Without a doubt she is what gives a bad name to the tea party movement. When the news talks about tea-baggers foaming at the mouth, she is the poster girl of what they are talking about. I find it comical how she parses her vet experiences and consieers herself a former Special Operations Warrior in time of war. There are no women in Special operations. American Majority used to have respect in some quarters in this state. But with LLM foaming at the mouth like a rabid racoon, she does a diservice to them and their efforts. Didn't they vette her properly? She is constantly pushing that agenda. One moment she is against TARP, the day after the primary, it was actually a good thing and there was no other option. I see where she posts a quote that she is "a seeker of the truth." The truth is she is worst of the fringe element one can imagine. Any organization that she has ties to or belongs to in a semi-leadership position immediatly becomes suspect for having racist whack job views. With that said, we need people like her around, to better understand, they are not American Patriots, but the nutsy crowd that destroy an organization or movement from within. This lets us focis on what is really good for the country and stay away from the uber-fringe as they goosestep down the road.
