Re: “Who's afraid of Barry Seal?

Great article. The DEA and CIA became sgents to clear a path for Columbian drug sales in North America particularly the USA, for Bush who was CIA head during the prosecution of Dan Rostenkowski and used asset Hillary to get him. Thats why Clinton protected Bush after his lil bro almost screwed that up. If you investigate Clintons youll end up in a Bush snd the Bushes dont want that and will kill a lotta people to stop it. Over 75 at last count.
Seal was a patsy to point at for agencies to keep eyes off military transport of the major quantity of Columbian drugs into LRAFB pre Iran/Contra exposure.
All Bill had to do was keep state and city law enforcement off dealers. Tommy Robinson saw this as an opportumity to extort funds from drug dealers.
The bad ol days.

Re: “Little Rock School District gives 11th-hour notice of plan to sell vacant building to Waltons

Its just like Memphis City Schools just before the whole thing collapsed and cost students 6 years of their education!!
Then they merged county and city schools. Then removed the double taxation, now they supposedly have progress.
What has this got to do with Forward Arkansas?
What are the stats on the "Walton schools in NW AR?
Are these LR Waltonized schools going to be good or bad?
Have they submitted a public plan or are we just having a Hutchison/Walton plan shoved down out throats with no explanation?

Re: “LR police residency issue: Us vs. them

Max, making the police department create policy on a racial basis is a bad idea usually unless there is more than the formula of equal distribution as a solution to racial problems.
It is not a solution at all. Better design is.
The police are lucky to get qualified applicants at all and the biggest problem with the PD is that all the officers have some stage of PTSD totally untreated and they're allowed to keep working with a mental problem. Also, like all other government creations, it is a political football and run by recalcitrant narcissists who should Probly be behind bars. This is what happens over time when an entity does all the wrong things for all the wrong reasons consistently. The states little rock office of Acc area 7 is a study in horrendous leadership.
You can predict the future of all this by looking at how Memphis did all these bad things and what ended up happening. They got the number one spot for murder stats 3 years in a row!!
Did they get a pennant or something?
Nope.
They got smarter, used statistical based deployment, stopped buying new cars and started confiscating and using cars, deploying cameras in high risk areas undercover, created a citizen accessible daily report of all crime, bolos , and open warrants in any specified area available online, free accounts emailed to account holders (all Memphis citizens) daily called "cyber watch", and they took down crime 40% in the first year.
What genius has LRPD come up with to actually serve its citizens?
Nothing this far.but hiding corruption.

Re: “Smart growth? Not in LR

Mature market observation?
NYC, they're not called parkways for nothing!!
Due to the obviously bad design/implementation of the 40/630 interchange, I'd say that some federal oversight is inn order when those funds are spent!!
You don't seriously think that it was designed that badly do you?
Theres a fine line regarding abuse of piwer by the city and Little Rock finds it too easy to cross it UNOPPOSED!!!!!

Re: “A charter-public school partnership suggestion for new Quest school in WLR

I guess the thought of moving students who demonstrate a lack of ability to behave or learn to a diagnosis and retraining is out, moving them from mainstream to special is out, slowing down everyone else is in, doing your best to give quality ed is unsupported at the admin level now?
The only reason for bussing and hot pockets of education for the rich is the big vestige of institutionalized economic warfare.
The funding is there, the difference is negligable.

The will to actually take action to do better? Where is that?
Politicization of the school system such as this will end up turning Little Rock as a livable city into a VERY Memphis TN like giant ghetto and hell hole in less than 10 years.

Re: “Pizza and a Biblical response to the gay marriage ruling

They are haters. Case closed. Ignore them completely with your feet and wallets.
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is meaningless to some christians but it was the core of that religion’s raison d’etre.
They are satans calling themselves christians to fool other christians into hating.
I hope the other christians aren’t gullible.

The road to a crappy life is paved with gullibility and weird distasteful intentions.
