Re: “Topless Texas twosome take on gun toters

okay everyone has their right to opinions, but please note that because you believe a certain way our rights as law abiding citizens should not be impeded on. I do not agree with giving criminals more rights. I am no way saying that it is wrong to chose not to have a gun. We all have had experiences in life that may sway our decisions. Raped, abused, robbed, held at gunpoint, threatned etc.. Have any of these happened to you? Do you wish this on anyone? A number of these have happened to me, those that have not I can say I know someone closely that it has. I have guns for protection not for show! My husband and I know how they work, and how dangerous they can be, so my children will never have access to that (it's called a "safe"). So to assume that my children are in more danger because I own a gun is absurd, again raped, beaten, robbed held at gunpoint etc.. Example someone wishing to harm me was told "I have three kids with me" please stop over and over, seemed to enjoy that. To pull a gun on someone is never something you want to do and you had better be prepared to use it if you do, it saved my family and I from imminent danger that day, If I had only been prepared before, I could have stopped the rest! I do not put myself in harms way, but it is there, that is reality! To have a license to carry requires training and knowledge of your weapon and liabilities in using it. There is an answer and a way for this to work for every law abiding citizen.
