Re: “GOP contempt

@investigator - Based upon the regularity of your comments, you, like me, must be a faithful reader of Mr. Lyons columns. But judging by the sharply critical and often negatively personal tone of your remarks, that reading seems to just agitate and perturb you. It makes me wonder why you would continue to do that to yourself.

Re: “Another Jesus

Did I miss Bill Clinton's admission to sexual assault? @Investigator - can you help with that?

Re: “French Hill on Comey firing: Say what?

@baker First, it's possible to believe at the same time that (i) Comey was wrong to reintroduce the Clinton e-mail issue in late October and want him to be fired then and (ii) it's wrong for the President to fire Comey at the moment the FBI's investigation into the possibility of entanglement between the Trump campaign and the Russian government seems to be escalating.
Second, Flynn wasn't Obama's National Security Adviser and Flynn retired in 2014 before being fired by Obama. And it was at that point, not before, that Flynn became involved with the Russians.
Third, you're right. Elections have consequences, one being that Obama became a private citizen, free to make speeches to whomever he chooses without any investigation at all.

Re: “Never his fault

@investigator of both sides - shouldn't we all, including Mr. Lyons, focus our attention on the President we have and not the one we don't? While it is difficult to imagine Ms. Clinton not being a better President than Mr. Trump based on what we've seen so far, it's pointless to speculate about it. We've got plenty of serious, actual issues that need solutions now.
