Re: “What Rapert's abortion bill doesn't say means trouble for women

Rapert's Obsession is referred to by many in the mainstream as an "E-VAN-GEN-I-TAL" A Faux Christian who believes men are guided by a higher power, the penis.

Sad but true.

Re: “What Rapert's abortion bill doesn't say means trouble for women

It's all about male dominance over the control and abuse of women period. It only makes sense that if it's not your body it's not your choice.

No person/political entity should be able to deny women their basic rights and pretend it's about your religious freedom.

Besides anyone who worships a GOD (that had a temper tantrum) and who drowned millions of human (including fetuses and babies) should shut up about abortions.

Re: “Former Congressional candidate Chintan Desai calls Jason Rapert a "[bleeping] disgrace" after Rapert's anti-Muslim comments

True Rapert is nothing short of bottom feeding scum but I worry about the people that voted for him?

Re: “Sunday open line

A couple questions

Question One: Kavanaugh testified that he had worked his butt off for this nomination -- Is he the only person in America that works hard? An insult to those single moms out there working three jobs.

Question Two: All of a sudden the White House dispatched the first lady to Africa during the confirmation process so she couldn't remind people she was married to a p....g.....? Since P.......G......'s run around in the same social circle is it possible she has dirt on others besides her husband?

Re: “Sunday open line

Should senators spouses that voted against Dr. Ford and called her names be held responsible for not standing up for a sister in pain? How un-American can one be.
All through the Kavanaugh bullying and cover up (including the 1000+ document not released by Trump) process the one thing that kept bugging me was the gutless anti-American GOP senators spouses (starting with Mars Kavanaugh) who remained silent. They all knew they were married to sexist. racist, perverts etc. but not one had the balls or moral teachings to step forward and support their sisters in pain. Treasonous? You betcha!
With tearful eyes I watched Kavanaugh's nave girls who may be (hopefully not) abused one day by a pervert not unlike the two prominent supreme court justices or the current occupant of our house.

Re: “The dwindling access to abortion in Arkansas

Written decades ago by Lawrence Ferlinghetti gives me cold chills to read it today.

Pity the nation whose people are sheep,
and whose shepherds mislead them.
Pity the nation whose leaders are liars, whose sages are silenced,
and whose bigots haunt the airwaves.
Pity the nation that raises not its voice,
except to praise conquerors and acclaim the bully as hero
and aims to rule the world with force and by torture.
Pity the nation that knows no other language but its own
and no other culture but its own.
Pity the nation whose breath is money
and sleeps the sleep of the too well fed.
Pity the nation oh, pity the people who allow their rights to erode
and their freedoms to be washed away.
My country, tears of thee, sweet land of liberty.

Re: “Promoting religion on public property is costly for New Mexico city

Don't get the devout christian s for example -- few days pass I was at an Arkansas Senior center when an elderly person fell on a tile floor that practically everyone heard the loud con-plump. 911 was called and the Firemen also responded. Immediately after they hauled her away to the emergency room the barrage or group prayers started all directed to the same spiritual one that stood ideally bye and let her fall in the first place. Same mentality/psychosis that drives the need for a 10 commandments statue I suspect.
