Re: “Yes, this should do the trick for Mitt Romney

Willard Romney likely has far more aunts than uncles buried around the country and in Mexico.

Re: “Common Cause files complaint on ALEC lobbying

You are correct that the overwhelming number of Arkansas legislative stooges are Republicans, but it should be noted that Rep. Barry Hyde, Rep. Robert Moore, Senator Jimmy Jeffress, and Senator Jerry Taylor claim to be Democrats and are proud members of ALEC.

Re: “State Police reviews Razorback football service

The Campus Cops have had guns since the days of Tommy Robinson, so should not these university employees be the first line of defense for the head football coach? Mike Anderson should also have a man servant courtside, I would think, to avoid the appearance of differential treatment. Finally, although they could easily be confused with University SID publicists, Stephens, Inc. could supply protection for the Stephens Media sports reporters.

Re: “'Cosmopolitan' Bentonville featured in Times magazine

Cosmopolitan or not, the Stephens Media newspaper would refuse to run a wedding announcement.

Re: “Alice Stewart continues fight for Bachmann

Alice, please encourage her not to be a quitter. The longer Bachmann stays in the race, the better off her constituents and the nation are for the votes she misses in the House.

Re: “Complaint: Religion taught in lawmaker's tax-funded daycare UPDATE

Let me get this right. Harris and his supporters claim that no public funds used for their religious activities, so no problem taking $900,000 a year in tax dollars for growing the secular kingdom. If that analysis holds, then expect Shiloh Christian and Catholic High to be lining up for public funding of their operations.
