Oil companies are fined per barrel spilled, so the amount of oil that spilled is of huge importance. The per barrel fine varies whether it was ruled an accident or an act of criminal negligence. So the timing of the spill is very important.

Why wasn't the track placed at table level, so each basket of food could be put in its own train car? It'd save the delay of lowering the basket to the table and provide a good reason to have a longer train.

Someone should open a restaurant with a longer train and blow this place out of the water. ;)
