Re: “Leslie Rutledge gets torched in national spotlight

I am not commenting here to defend Mrs. Rutledge's commrnts but why is it that the same intensity and fever that we saw out of all the other commentators against her and Trump be equally applied to Clinton and her "spinners".

All of the eleoquently crafted attacks on Trumps gaffs and security etc equally need to be asked of Clinton do they not? E-mails, not answering the 3 am phone call in Benghazi etc. Where are the same questions, the same intensity about that? It's apparent to me there is an agenda that you all are after here.

Rutledge's comments though perhaps technically inaccurate speak at least to how many Americans feel about Clinton's mental health, Clinton's trustworthiness, and her ability to be a president. Take all of the ways you feel about how Trump is not the man and turn that around and apply it to Clinton and you can see why we are screwed either way. To me the choice is Trump is the lessor of two really bad candidates. Hilary is just pathetically horrible for America. Trump is just horrible. . .

Is either one really the best we can do?
