Re: “TV producer Bryant Huddleston disinvited as Imboden Ark., high school graduation speaker because he's gay

Why are 'self-called "Christians"' so fearful that something they do not understand with any first-hand knowledge just what they read and gather from another man behind a pulpit? The irony is they aren't as fearful of other 'sinners' - such as those who eat shellfish, overeat as gluttony is a sin, those who judge others (also sinners), prejudiced bigots (who cause their brother to stumble which is also a sin) - the list continues. They can spread hate and still be "loving men and women of God?" I don't think that's what Jesus's life represented. It seems, however, they feel so comfortable and self-righteous deciding who is right and who is wrong instead of loving all and letting God take care of the rest. The one thing Jesus never did nor taught - judging others - seems to be what Christians enjoy doing the most.
