All children deserve the opportunity to think creatively, achieve academically, make healthy choices and become productive, forward-thinking and engaged citizens. The potential is a state filled with a motivated, more capable future workforce living in stronger communities that overflow with opportunities to imagine, create and succeed.

Arts education makes a tremendous impact on the developmental growth of every child and has proven to help level the learning field across socio-economic boundaries; Art exposure strengthens problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, adding to overall academic achievement and school success (R.R. Konrad, Empathy, Arts, and Social Studies, 2000).
