Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.

It's easy to say "two juries convicted them so they're guilty." That's why we have an appeals system in this country. Juries can be wrong. Law enforcement officers can also lie under oath. Read on the Callahan's site what Joyce Cureton said about this case. If that doesn't convince you that something stinks, then you can't be convinced by logic. Damien, Jason and Jessie are innocent. The real killer has walked free for over 22 years now. It's time that justice was served. Arkansas, reopen this case or AT LEAST investigate the original investigation. Something's rotten here, and it's not Damien, Jason, Jessie OR John Mark Byers!

Re: “New fiber analysis results in WM3 case

Only full exoneration of Damien, Jason and Jessie will suffice in this legal travesty! From the letter from Philipsborn, it seems that more testing is proceeding. How much more must the defense present before the State finally admits their error and rights the wrong done back in 1994? Then, and only then, can the State get on with the business of investigating, arresting, trying and convicting the real killer!

Re: “Who killed the West Memphis children?

The problem with Reed's "evidence" (as was previously pointed out) is that much of it is based on information from 1993 that has been refuted. There is emotion on both sides of this case, and I am proud to call myself a supporter. However, for the sake of the three men just freed, and for the sake of the three little boys murdered almost 20 years ago, sweeping this under the rug by stating "case closed" is not helpful and is simply not right.

Re: “State won't fight jury misconduct evidence in WM3 case

I would be willing to give Kent Arnold immunity from prosecution for whatever crime this is just to have him testify that he did, indeed, taint the jury and cause the convictions.
