The University of Central Arkansas in partnership with First Person Plural Project and Just Communities of Arkansas presents a Conversation with Dr. Sybil Jordan Hampton. Dr. Hampton was the first Black Central High School graduate to have attended the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades at Central. Following a distinguished career in higher education and foundation work elsewhere, she returned to Little Rock to become the President of Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation. Dr. Hampton will speak about her experiences with the Civil Rights Movement and her workplace leadership during a time of great change for women.
