Re: “UPDATE II: Echols blasts Baldwin in new book

I'm a WC3 supporter, I live in Argentina and I found out about this whole case thanks to Devil's Knot, the movie. I just found out Jason and Damien aren't friends anymore and it's really sad. It's so hard to believe that Damien is ashamed of himself, of what he was... It's like if he was profiling himself, his older self... I relate to him, I admire him, I can't even start to imagine what he went through, but he has to let the truth speak of itself, we are not in 1993 anymore and there are a lot of people (including myself) who will always got his back.

Re: “Only the guilty want closure in West Memphis Three case

Most people in this world are pathological liers, that doesn't make you a killer. I do care about the facts, and it's a fact that the only thing that makes you a killer is conclusive evidence in a fair trial. That didn't happen on this case. And when it was about to happen (with a new trial) the State proposed to celebrate the Alford Plea. This is pretty much the State recognizing they don't have conclusive evidence to support the original veridict... and then we are left with two posible scenarios, a) The WM3 killed those little boys in the most perfect way posible, with no apparent motive, leaving nothing behind that could link them directly to the crime scene; or b) They didn't do it. Now, which one do you think is more likely? Whoever read about or knows the basics on criminology, knows that scenario A is almost imposible, and also knows that you can't have a suspect that's unrelated to the victim, has no direct link to the crime scene, and no proven motive.
