Pscyclepath...you have absolutely no idea what CrossFit is if you think it involves sitting on a stationary bike. Seriously...I dare you to go visit Frank Lawrence and CrossFit Little Rock and then still compare it to sitting on a stationary bike.

I have no idea who "Triple Digits" is (previous post), but I think someone close to him may want to take his car keys away from him before he drives anywhere. There may otherwise be disastrous results if they don't.

Great article Graham, you've experienced what everyone that starts CrossFit experiences. Even people that think of themselves as being in really great physical condition...always get their butt kicked. They all quickly discover how little effort they'd been putting into getting fit. When I say all I mean everyone gets their butt kicked by CrossFit. Pro boxers, football players, track athletes, etc...no one finds it easy.

If you want to get in the best shape of your life and have an absolutely great time doing it due to the atmosphere CrossFit inspires, go check it out. Trust me, you've never been tested like this before.
