Re: “Sheridan School District stands firm on censoring yearbook

What happened to the rest of the posts? Is the Arkansas Times censoring the posts it doesn't like? There were 39 posts last time I looked. Now there are nine from various times of day.

Isn't that akin to yellow journalism?

Re: “Sheridan High squelches yearbook profile of gay student

WE can hire professional writers too. In fact, some of us ARE professional writers! And we can probably raise a LOT of money to pay lobbyists!

I don't hate gays, even after all of the things they have done to me. But I'm fed up with gay bullies and their sneaky tricky methods and messages.

Re: “Sheridan High squelches yearbook profile of gay student

I never realized what bullies gays can be until recently. I knew they were sexually aggressive toward straights, because gay men frequently came on to me from about the age of 15. But I didn't think of them as bullies. But I can see now, from this and many other "current issues", they ARE bullies. They're going to bring in national gay support organizations to try to force their will? And try to drag in the governor? Ridiculous! Fortunately the school district has stood up to the threat (so far). As has the governor.

I also never realized how hateful and violent gays can be until I wrote an article opposing gay "news" that was being included in a (San Francisco based) tech news site because the editor was gay. But after I wrote the article, I received literally hundreds of hate messages, death threats, threats against my wife and children, and publication of my article in numerous gay publications (in violation of my copyrights). HOWEVER, in spite of the threats, I did accomplish my objective. In other words, the inclusion of gay news stopped! What does gay news have to do with hard drives and memory cards? Nothing, right?

I was fooled for a while by the crafty writers hired by gay organizations who use things like children, and "universal love" to sell their arguments. But fooled is correct. Children are not sexual! (Or shouldn't be.) And they should not be exploited by gay organizations. And universal love theories? Well, I may "love" a lion, but I'm probably not going to hang out with him!

Make no mistake. Gay organizations have become quite effective at creating arguments that sound good on the surface, but are actually just forms of trickery. Read it and then THINK ABOUT IT. They create lots of little snippets for people to paste on Facebook designed to alter (pervert?) your viewpoint.

It seems like it is time for gay people, and gay organizations to understand that some things are privileges, not rights. "Profiles" in the yearbook are one of those privileges. And the school district has the right to not include profiles, or NOT PRINT A YEARBOOK if that is what they choose to do.

Among other things, the school district also has the right and the responsibility to refuse to include things that might incite violence.

Please take your national organizations out of here! Or prepare for national straight organizations to oppose your message (at every turn).
