Kaestel has endured a huge miscarriage of Justice. I believe this is a prime example of why Amendment VIII was created. His treatment through-out the years is beyond excessive fines or cruel and unusual punishments, and should be considered as torture. What they are doing, and have been doing... is far more sinister than the crime he was convicted for. CORRUPTION AT ITS FINEST. And anyone ignoring this case; as it comes across their desk, is just a responsible as those who are keeping him in there. This case requires a call for Justice, in its original design & creation by FAIR & IMPARTIAL professionals who have the ability to administer appropriate punishment for such a crime. I can't believe he is still there.....
