Re: “Crack my knuckles and jump for joy, got a clean bill of health from Doctor McCoy

Hi Richard - Glad to hear you are in good health, and thanks for the Theatre for Living post. Interestingly, I won't be working in the US for some time - last time I was invited, to do a week-long process on family violence issues in Alaska - I was turned away at the border. "Mr. Diamond, do you have a degree in psychology", was the first question the border guard asked. Evidently, this is required to be a theatre workshop director. After A LOT of back and forth with Senators, Homeland Security, etc., it was determined that I COULD come to the US, if I got a special "Alien of exceptional capabilities" Visa, that would cost between $3-5,000. Right.

Anyway....you might be interested in Headlines' next undertaking, a physical theatre piece, created by people 'in community' called, "Us and Them". (When will humanity grow up, and realize there is really only "us" here...?)

all the best
