Re: “Today, Mark Pryor opposes marriage equality

Shame on you Senator. I have never been more disillusioned and disappointed in a politician in my life. I recently wrote a letter to the senator which has gone unanswered where I told him that he had lost my vote for his reluctance to support gun control, or gay marriage. His statements or statements coming from his office discussing homosexuality are needlessly inflammatory and troubling. No one choses to be ostracized by parts of society, no one wants theirelected officials that they respect and admire to tell them that in this country and as thier constituents they are in fact second class citizens who don't deserve the rights afforded to other citizens. Senator Pryor would you have taken a similar stance on racial equality in the 50s and 60s. As former governor Fabus could have told you it would have assured your reelection, but it was every bit as reprehensible as your stance on homosexuality is today. Sir if you can live with your stance legalizing hate and ignorance then you can affordn to lose the voted of me and the vote of other likeminded citizens.
