U.S. Veterans HOSPITAL ABUSE PETITION http://www.ufophenom.com/ Thank you and Prayers that No Other U.S. Veteran Ever Suffer Any Type Of Veterans Abuse Of Any Kind. I ask support Thanks, Doc Lynn Carter, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
U.S. Veterans hospital patient and abuse June 15,2011 Up to the Election Day of Nov. 06, 2012, concerning Congressman Steve Womack, Senator John Boozman, and Senator Mark Pryor of Arkansas Third Congressional District, (whos political parties spend time at this election year asking our support and MONEY) Womack, Boozman, and Pryor, you had NOTHING to do with aiding my husband Lynn Carter. Thanks to a telephone call from the office of Dr. Don Herndon at the U,S, Veterans clinic Fort Smith, Arkansas and Dr. Herndon immediately had a wheelchair placed in my car, no questions ask. What about the future of fellow U.S. Veterans? Pray for fellow U.S. Veterans and U.S. Veterans Hospital cases which go unreported. Thanks U.S. Veterans clinic, Dr Don Herndon at Fort Smith, Arkansas, God Bless you for your kindness and Christian compassion. My husband is horrified and hurt because of the events and abuse that I suffered the evening of June 15, 2011. Why did my husband lay on a stretcher filled with feces and urine for 5 hours at a US Veterans Hospital E.R. Fayetteville Arkansas on 6-15-2011? Mrs. Kathleen M. Carter, wife and caregiver to Mr. Lynn E. Carter, To this date, I have received no formal apology or reply reguarding this issue (this deeply problems my husband) from the office of President of the United States, President Obama, Vice President Biden, US Veterans Administration, VA Hospital Administrators, Congressman Steve Womack, Senator John Boozman, have refused to open investigation. Mark A. Elderle M.D. and John R. Henley M.D. Fayetteville Arkansas U.S. Veterans Hospital Administrators DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Fayetteville Arkansas 72703-6995 When we pulled up to the Emergency Room, I pulled into the drive-thru, and a male EMPLOYEE Came out and RUDELY told me I could NOT park here because it was the ambulance entrance that I would have to move my car down the hill and go in through the emergency room check in. I got back in the car, and pulled down the hill and went up the stairs and went to the check in desk. When I told the employee at the desk what was going on, he told me to pull my car BACK up the hill to where I just was because they would have to get my husband out of the car and into a wheelchair. I walked back to the car, backed up the hill to the door and they came out and put my husband in a wheel chair and wheeled him back to the check in desk. In a few minutes they came and got us and a nurse checked us in and asked us all kinds of questions about what was going on. After she was finished, they took my husband back to a room in the ER where we were for the next 5 hours. Five hours in which my husband lay in pain and his own URINE, FECES, and STINCH. When we were leaving the VA hospital, when I went to go out the door we came in, I was trying to push/force it open and the HIPPIE looking guy behind the desk RUDELY YELLED “Don’t do that, you’ll break the door", "we have to push the button”, and I said to him “Then open the damn door!” So he pushed the button, the door opened, and I went and got the car and came back for my husband. I was the one who was mad, not my husband. My husband "Lynn E. Carter" was out DUE TO THE STROKE not at all mad or upset. We then drove to Fort Smith AR to Sparks Reginal Medical Center where my husband, Lynn E. Carter was hospitalized, and treated with human dignity. This was totally time lost in a possible life/death situation. We are honest law abiding Christian, United States citizens. We Vote, we pay our taxes on time every year and we also contribute to charities. How can our country allow this to happen? June 15, 2011 was a night of PURE LIVING HELL FOR US. My husband still suffers mental anguish due to the events of June 15, 2011 at the Veterans Hospital ER, Fayetteville Arkansas. This issue is ignored by the office of President of the United States, President Obama, Vice President Biden, Washington politicians, US Veterans Administration, VA Hospital Administrators, Congressman Steve Womack, Senator John Boozman, and Senator Mark Pryor. To this date, I have NOT had an apoligy from President Obama, So don't expect our support if you plan to run for ANY political office in the future. You send letters asking our support, donations and ask for our vote, yet you ignor us in our times of need. After and over one year of waiting for investigation into the U.S. Veterans Hospital abuse of June 15, 2011 Congressman Steve Womack, Senator John Boozman, and Senator Mark Pryor from Arkansas Third Congressional District, Thanks for a phone call from the office of Dr. Don Herndon at the U,S, Veterans clinic Fort Smith, Arkansas I got in my car, went to the V.A. Clinic the wheelchair was immediately placed in my car, no questions ask. What about the future of fellow U.S. Veterans? Pray for fellow U.S. Veterans and U.S. Veterans Hospital cases which go unreported. Thanks U.S. Veterans clinic doctor Don Herndon at Fort Smith, Arkansas and God Bless you for your kindness and compassion. Congressman Steve Womack you had NOTHING to do with helping us to obtain anything. You can't even conduct a U.S. Veterans Hospital patient abuse case. You, Womack, Boozman and Pryor are USELESS as politicians and to know that in your past run for office, this family supported the three of you. Your destroyed the reputation and ruined the campaign of Kennith Wade Aden with lies etc. and you ignored Lynn Carter in his time of needs.
