Re: “Browning's bites the dust

Ten years ago, my wife and I moved to Little Rock, rented a house in the Heights and walked down to Browning's, of which we had never heard a thing (out of towners, y'know). One look at the menu and I was suspicious, but their fried chicken made my wife a convert, and I judiciously sampled the "mexican" items over the years. The food wouldn't necessarily have kept us coming back, but the staff did. The management, old and new, seemed friendly enough, but the wait staff (at least the ones who'd been there a year or three) could teach their counterparts at much swankier joints a lot about how to keep customers happy AND well-served.

Cabn someone please get Don Pablo a good lawyer?
