It is interesting that you are taking what the children report as "fact." The FACT is the transfers had already been approved when that video took place! Further, the FACT is that the FOIA information released by the district should have been protected under FERPA. Further, the original FOIA request was made by parents who were upset over their son's playing time! They took this garbage to every legitimate news source in Northwest Arkansas and ended up using some 16 year olds to spread lies.

These are minor children, and this article is libelous to them, their parents, and to Coach Clark. If someone wants to investigate why these kids transferred, maybe they should call their parents and talk to them about what FACTUALLY was going on at Harber that started all of this. Further, the AAA Rule doesn't prohibit coaches from continuing relationships that existed for years prior to any student athlete competing. Finally, it is laughable that the Arkansas Times would be critical of anyone for drinking a beer in their private life.
