Such gross incompetence. In reliance on a successful constitutional amendment referendum and subsequent enabling legislation, thousands of Arkansans applied for licenses to grow, sell and/or receive medical marijuana at a collective personal cost of millions of dollars. Yet a small handful of bureaucrats have stalled all their efforts through sheer incompetence. The two commissioners who had prior relationships with grow applicants should be fired as they obviously cannot be trusted to disclose potential conflicts of interest. If they had recused when they saw grow applicants with whom they had connections, this fiasco would have been avoided.
