Re: “Fired coach questions Ecclesia College in lawsuit

From a double dipping stand point, that is a very serious accusation. Being a federal work study program and college, the students receive financial support for weekly hours they work in helping pay for tuition (which is a requirement there). But if they did receive financial benifits from the University of Arkansas for the students time and claimed those hours to Ecclesia College as part of their own required work hours, then not only is that immoral it is also illegal. The question is did the college take the benifits directly from the hours worked or did the students themselves financially get taken care of? Judging by this being a claim from the baseball coach, I'd say they were probably student athletes and most likely baseball players.
