The Dirty promotes copyright infringement. You send them a DMCA and they simply bully you and ignore. That means their site allows illegal activity to continue. Many of the defamatory articles use a selfie that is taken from the victims social media. The selfie is obviously taken by that person as can be seen in the image. It is certainly not taken by the person basing and bullying. The person shooting the selfie owns the copyright to that image and as such can and should request that the image be removed. Sad that The Dirty promotes such garbage and itself promotes copyright infringement. Time to get lawyers on this. If the Dirty does wish to remove the content, then they should be required to disclose the illegal activity and person so that we can protect our copyrights.
