Our state senator, Jason Rapert, is doing away with planned parenthood (an organization that is very much needed), as well as trying to do away with abortions step at a time. He pushed a bill through outlawing abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy, however the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade a woman has the right to an abortion up until viability (28 weeks). Why go against the Supreme Court's ruling, and furthermore not allow a woman the time she may or may not need to make her decision regarding her OWN body?
