You don't know what you are talking about.
An individual is free to copy, imitate, or otherwise reproduce any licensed merchandise. trademorks, or logos they desire....so long as they are not selling or otherwise profiting from them.
(30 years in concert merchandising...thousands of Federal injunctions served, hundreds of tee shirt bootleggers arrested at my hand. )
