Arkansas still trails other states in the enactment of modern marijuana laws but not by so much as it once did.

Re: “Washington County justices of the peace deny permit for marijuana cultivation center

If read the amendment correctly. They do not have the power to do this. Watch for a lawsuit. If the get a license

Re: “UPDATE: Supreme outrage: Is there a line of attack on court invalidation of pot measure?

The people of Arkansas have been totally robbed. Arkansans for Compassionate Care spent 18 months gathering signatures with all Arkansas residents. The rules for gathering changed 2 times in that time period. We got none of the benefits that were granted to other efforts. 95% of the signatures were gathered by volunteers. unlike the other issues which paid 100"s of thousands of dollars with no or very few Arkansas residents working for them. We played by the rules that we were given , but the rules changed twice. Did we make mistakes sure but not 12,000 signatures worth. I hope the national media gets with this. It is a outrage what has been done to issue 7 and the voters of Arkansas. Anybody know how to contact Bill Maher or VICE

Re: “New polling shows Republican leads in Arkansas, but in tossup range for U.S. Senate

Amazes me how one of the poorest states in the country can vote republican. Are your damn guns worth not being able to care for your families.
