Re: “The Hot Springs woman in the paper mask

Andi is my attorney. I have personally known her since she was 15-16 years old and was in the same class as my oldest son. She is very intelligent, outspoken and believes in justice and equality for all people under the law. She is very polite, kind and witty and tries to make you feel better every times she communicates with you. I, personally do not know anyone who dislikes Andi. She is a very likeable and personable young lady who I have much respect and admiration for .

Everyone has different experiences with the same person. One person who knows me may say I try to always do what is right and try to speak up when something is wrong, although I am very shy and reserved but another person who may have personally have been offended or may have disagreed with me; may say I am hard to deal with, fly off the handle and get angry at nothing, am too strict in my thinking, etc. I always say that everyone's truth (that is involved in a certain situation) lies in where he or she stands in that situation and in their own past experiences in their life. That is why we have judges and jury trials; isn't it? So the real truth may be determined if the law, it's rule and true justice prevail? I feel Andi should have a chance to rebutt Judge Hearnsberger's actions during her judicial duties and while she is acting as judge in her office and chambers. For some unknown reason she has decided that she does not have to treat Andi with respect and that is very wrong. If we wish others to treat us with respect, we need to treat them with respect also. This aspect of society has been almost forgotten. No one seems to respect anyone anymore. What a shame!

I believe Andi's statements about her treatment by Judge Hearnsberger; she has nothing to gain by making these things up and everything to lose but sometimes a person has to stand up for what is right for themselves and for those who will come after them also. I support Andi in her endeavors.

She is a very kind, loving person and tries to treat everyone with due respect.
