Being an investor and active participant in the cannabis industry out west this is the absolute worst thing they could have done. All they have done is guarantee that this industry in Arkansas will fail. I can't explain how many times I have seen people throw millions like 20 million dollars into a cultivation facility just to have it stuck in return on investment (ROI) of a 30 year time span. It makes trying to make a profit nearly impossible. Further if just one cultivation center gets powdery mildew their entire crop is gone and then what? Clearly these people never talked to any true industry professionals or they would know these things. You can throw all the money you want a grow but if the talent of experienced growers isn't there along with knowledge its going to fail not matter how capitalized it is. The ignorance is astonishing.
