Re: “Asa Hutchinson offers Mad Libs of Republican talking points to Health Reform Task Force

I am a disabled person who has medicare, medicaid and extra help- I am at the poverty line for a single person, so I have extra help to pay any extra of my bill that I simply cannot. Starting in June I was notified my in home health aid agency wasnt going to receive a weeks week of earnings of from Medicaid- then a yearly 2 part blood test by my PCP wasnt going to be paid fully by Medicaid. Even though My doctors and I stick with a fifteen minute med checks every three months, and since we know my condition is degenerative, dont do yearly MRI's or other costly tests and procedures, keeping my bills to a minium- I can't get answers as to why I am now being charged for half of my bills or has the State somehow reinterpreted the Medicaid Law and not told anyone? If so, Medicaid is still on the hook for the bills until Arkansas makes public its reinterpitation. From what I hear, this is happening accross the state, but has yet to be heard- until now.
