Re: “Holy war in Eureka Springs over civil rights ordinance

Bridgett - Did you read the story here from 2015? The gays weren't attacking anyone. The Christians wanted to "take back" the city (whatever that means). And most of them didn't even live in the town!. I'd like to know what brought you here to read this 2015 story. And what moved you to think that it was all the fault of "gays", and how were they attacking Christians?

Re: “The sex-on-the-Huck's-beach open line

Didn't Huck pay thousands of dollars to have sand illegally imported? See, he paid for it, so he thinks no one else should use it.

Re: “Football fakery fools the Hogs

When I coached basketball, we always looked to run a trick play coming out of a timeout or if we had the ball during the start of the second half. We would rush and set up at the wrong end of the court, when the defensive players did the same, we had our play. Then one player would head towards our goal for the inbound pass and an easy lay-up. Sometimes we got away with it more than once a game.

Re: “Football fakery fools the Hogs

I had the same type of thing happen when I was officiating at a jr high game 25 years ago. There was an interception in the end zone. Most everyone stopped, but the player didn't take a knee, so I followed him to the sideline to blow the whistle when he stepped out of bounds. Of course, that was junior high. In my mind I was deciding what to do if he tossed me the ball or dropped it. I was trying to be careful not to telegraph what was happening or get too close.

Re: “Medicaid Commission 'alarmed' by lost coverage in Arkansas. What, Asa worry?

Can we drop State Legislators who can't figure out how to make finance reports via computer?

Re: “Affidavit released in Dallas cop's shooting of Harding graduate

If we buy the lights were off and she only saw a shape. He didn't have any lights on? If we buy that she didn't turn on the lights either when she entered. If we buy that her card worked in his door. If we buy that she gave commands before she pulled the trigger. Perfect defense. Jury split, no conviction.

Re: “Harding graduate killed by Dallas police officer in wrong apartment

They may be charged, but they will never be convicted in Dallas.
