You sure said a lot of nothing, DeathbyInches. Bring solutions to the table. An ABC agent with 350 permits wouldn't have a lot of time to focus on one place. Hire more agents like there used to be so the laws can be enforced proactively. Have the police send any report of violence or minors drinking to the ABC for follow up. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. ABC fines are the lowest in the nation, they need to be raised. Selling to a minor is $100 bucks in Little Rock and $375 almost every place else criminally in Arkansas. Civil fines appear to start at 300 which is lower than what it is supposed to be. The ABC does miracles with the amount of manpower they have.
