Re: “Burger joint of the week: David's Butcher Boy Burgers

We visited David's last night, found it quite by accident, but then we’re not from the Arkansas. There were three of us, and we were pleased by the friendly staff. We try at all costs to avoid the big chains and David’s Burger fit the bill. The burgers were good tasking, perhaps a little greasy, but that’s part of a burger. I did, however see them draining the grease from the cooked patties. In fact there was a new person learning the finer points of frying a burger who was being taught how to drain them. My wife is on a low sodium diet and they accommodated no salt on her fries without question. The fries were neither dry or soggy, the other two of us had light salt on the fries. They were taste and did well with the ketchup. I was impressed at the simple, clean surroundings, fast and courteous service and will definitely recommend and revisit David’s Burger.
