Re: “Morning minutia: Legislation to protect bank from lawful taxes

So...lenders should be taxed if the borrower defaults on their mortgage and the lender chooses to do a non-judicial foreclosure rather than clogging an already crowded court system with judicial foreclosures. Pay a tax for having to take what is rightfully theirs - the collateral a borrower pledged - on top of the loss of the defaulted loan. Makes total sense, right?

Re: “Morning minutia: Legislation to protect bank from lawful taxes

So yeah, it makes total sense for lenders to be taxed if the borrower defaults on their mortgage, and the lender chooses to do a non-judicial foreclosure rather than clogging an already crowded court system with judicial foreclosures. Pay a tax for having to take what is rightfully theirs - the collateral a borrower pledged - on top of the loss of the defaulted loa, just because they chose not to run it through the courts. Makes total sense, right?

Re: “UPDATE: Nate Bell shoots from lip on Boston violence; Speaker Carter apologizes for him; Bell apologizes for 'timing'

Let's clog his inbox, Twitter, Facebook and office phone with the crap from his mouth:

It's ok Lynne, I don't mind - just be sure to deliver it here too:
