Self Appointed Arbitrator, totally off topic. On 6/3/15 you posted a comment about the Arkansas River blowout. "The US Archives required Union Pacific to abandon its trackage in the vicinity of the library to prevent an explosive derailment potential that would destroy the presidential papers." Do you have a cite for that information? I'm doing some research and it would be helpful. You can answer at the original article. Thanks in advance.

I guess they considered underground pipelines to be outa sight, outa mind....? It would be very helpful for me in my anti fracking advocacy. Thanks in advance.
