Re: “Court of Appeals upholds denial of a fence in Quapaw Quarter

You mean to tell me that a man can't build a fence on his property without asking Big Brother? Is anyone else not disturbed by this? I am a gun-toting liberal and believe a degree of government regulation, but what's next? AND OVER 8 INCHES? How many tax dollars have been wasted on this? Law suits are costly, and the goons at the attorney general's office must have spent hundreds of hours on this case from trial to appeal. What a shame that the world has come to this. Do ya'll remember driving around Scott in 1995? Probably not, because you would have been shot up the second you crossed into gangland, i.e., the location of this house that these people put a 4 foot fence on.
