If Hobbs has nothing to hide, why wont he partake in a polygraph test, proper DNA testing etc? His alibi is flawed by witnesses who have confirmed they saw him with the boys, and by further witnesses now coming forward as mature adults to talk about what they heard. It is outrageous that in this day and age, the law has come so far since 1994, and yet justice is still not served!! this is not an open and shut case. Why is it not being reinvestigated?! if such a thing as an Alford plea exists but is so rarely given, then this case much surely be exemplary and therefore still wide open, for the state to even consider allowing the Alford plea. how on earth must those poor parents be feeling, still not knowing who took their children from them!? this case angers and saddens me so much.
