Re: “Little Rock cracks down on petitioners at Riverfest

Haha. Little Rock isn't the only town in Arkansas using the constitution for toilet paper! I have friends in the amusement business who are traveling that state and hear some shocking tales.......like stepping on the 4th admendment. I know a few people who have carnival games over on Geyer Springs, the vice squad came out in plain clothes before the show was open and we're discovered getting into the games and trailers without asking permission and with no warrant. Over in Mayflower, one of the locals noted she found it strange that a policeman located at each end of town and pulling over mostly carnival equipment. And then someone with a perfectly legal vehicle and valid license had their car impounded for having a taillight out. Something strange going on down there.
