Re: “Only the guilty want closure in West Memphis Three case

To : Susan F,
People like you are so focused on guilty guilty guilty. Prosecutors, and police investigators need to stop being lazy and looking at cases with blinders on, these three were kids at the time. They were profiled as strange outcasts who listened to heavy metal music that had satanic ties, which of course made them satanists and listening to heavy metal music makes young people have the propensity to commit satanic murder and do other horrendous things. More work should have been done looking at other suspects, but public outcry and pressure at finding the killers made police and prosecutors pressure them to get a forced confession and hopefully make this an open and shut case for them. Needless to say it wasn't . They became the public scapegoats and the lazy or stubborn police and prosecutors charged them . Now that they are released, do you actually believe they will go and commit a horrible crime and go back to prison . I don't think so, Mrs. Former assistant district attorney. They spent over 2 decades in prison, are you jealous because they can make some money with book or movie rights. I would be pretty pissed off after spending that much time in prison. Its not like they ever had the chance to go to law school like you miss assistant D.A . Be happy their spending can help stimulate the economy.
