This is fantastic. I always knew that Arkansans were innovators. Ok, 16 other states and D.C. have also cut through the outdated, unscientific prohibition on a perfectly viable medicine, but Arkansas is not going to be last on this one. Yeah! It's only a matter of time. In the states where it is legal to use cannabis as medicine, it took plenty of failed efforts before it finally got passed. Things are changing. Maybe this is the year for Arkansas. I hope so.
My step-father, who is fighting stage 4 colon cancer would be relieved to have this type of natural medicine available as well, rather than living with the symptoms of chemo for what will probably be the last few years of his life. They could prescribe him oxycontin... but he's not stupid nor that desperate. Medical Marijuana in the edible form is what he would prefer. What are the drawbacks of this exactly? No lethal dosage???? Can we say that of any other medicine?
