Re: “Attorneys for Naramore issue statement on charges over hot car death

Just cause they charged him does not mean he will be convicted. I can promise the verdict has already been decided. He will get away with it and resume his career of passing judgement on people even though a child is now dead because of his actions. How can anyone defend him???? Thomas Naramore is dead because this judge "had alot on his mind". I'm a parent and I have never left my child in a vehicle nor would I ever! What I would like to know is is there was a toxicology report done and if the child had a life insurance policy he collected on. There is just too many things being kept quiet by the police in Hot Springs. If this guys skin was a little darker he would already have been tried and convicted and sent to prison. Anyone who says he is not getting preferential treatment is blind and dumb. Those of you defending him need your children removed from your care cause you're obviously insane.

He will either get away with it or get a slap on the wrist. People like him don't go to jail in Arkansas. The only reason they charged him with a misdemeanor is because felons can't practice law or be judges!

Re: “Arrest warrant issued for Judge Wade Naramore in connection with son's death: UPDATE

If he was black or Hispanic they would have arrested and charged him with a felony immediately, gave him the worst public defender they possibly could, then after a few months in the Garland County Kangaroo Court he would have been sentenced to a minimum of ten years! This is not only white privilege but it's upper class white privilege at its most obvious. His sentence should be 5 hours in locked vehicle in July heat just like his son experienced. You people must not realize a child died because of his negligence! Some of you think this could happen to anybody but if you care enough about your child you will do everything you possibly can to make sure this does not happen especially in July heat!

Re: “Arrest warrant issued for Judge Wade Naramore in connection with son's death: UPDATE

Be kind?!?! Thomas Naramore is dead because of the negligence of his father! Everyone commenting on this knows that if they had done it they would have been arrested and charged with a felony immediately. This guy was in the jail for a total of 8 minutes before being released on bond! This reeks of good ol' boy justice and since they did not charge him with a felony he will be able to continue to practice law and will be able to resume his career as a judge. He belongs in prison in general population for what he did. An innocent 18 month old is DEAD because of him. I understand that he is hurting for what he did but he needs to be punished.

Re: “Arrest warrant issued for Judge Wade Naramore in connection with son's death: UPDATE

They charged him with a misdemeanor because felons can't practice law in Arkansas. This is proof the justice system is horribly corrupt! He's gonna get a $500 fine and 6 months probation but if a commoner did it they would be facing a decade or more in prison. This is sickening and reeks of corruption.
