If I am correct, the only evidence presented in this case was that a hair was found on the scene that was determined to be African-American, two "pinpoints" of blood were found on Ledell Lee's shoes that were determined to be human, and he had been seen walking on the street, a street near his home, around the time of the killings.

The hair could not be determined to match Lee. None of the fingerprints found on the scene matched Lee. None of the physical evidence was ever DNA tested to see if it would match Lee.

Was there any evidence at all for the murder? Because there are a lot of African-American men in Arkansas, and plenty of them probably have a drop of blood somewhere on some shoe or item of clothing or other object for one reason or the most specific evidence tying him to the crime is simply that he was walking on the same street?
