Re: “Greenberg: Let women pay to get pregnant

Couples who are facing fertility problems are now been able to conceive a child through the latest treatment called in vitro fertilization (IVF). This fertilization process is done manually by combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish that you can see on and then the embryo is placed back to the women uterus. This process takes place in five basic steps:

1. Monitoring and stimulating the growth of healthy egg(s) in the ovaries.
2. Eggs collection.
3. Collecting the healthy sperm.
4. Then combining sperm and eggs together in the laboratory to provide appropriate environment for embryo growth.
5. Last the embryos are transfer into the uterus.

However, the success rate of this treatment depends on various factors such as reproductive history, age, infertility cause and lifestyle.
